HR Services Provision:
- Assist Client Company to establish its requirements regarding headcount and departmental structure.
- Evaluation of roles and responsibility requirements in client company, through to constructing the role descriptions and communications strategy in line with Company goals and direction.
- Provision of professional recruitment service using criteria based interviewing techniques, Ability Testing and Personality Profiling.
- Evaluation of current benefits packages compared to local and national averages.
- Provision of standard employee documentation including Contracts, policies and procedures, training records, induction, employee monitoring and performance, exit interview standards and development commitments.
- Provide advise to Managers regarding the application of current legislation when managing their people.
- Assistance with managing employee performance issues including coaching of Managers, documenting performance reviews and identification of employee standards and disciplines required.
- Career counselling process to enable the Company to develop and effectively utilise its people assets.
- Provide a development service from assisting with identification of training needs through to placement of individuals on training courses and sourcing of training providers, and including coaching of Managers and individual to ensure application of learning in the workplace.
- Assist Company managers to understand and implement correct process for redundancy from initial identification of requirement to reduce headcount, through to the consultation, costings and quotes, implementation of performance criteria, selection, communication and eventual termination of employees.
- Outplacement of redundant employees from initial counselling discussion through to CV and interview training sessions.
